Protein Chocolate Banana Bowl

1 scoop of BIYS chocolate flavor

1/2 cup of vegetable milk (almond, oat or coconut)

1 tsp peanut or almond butter

Ice to taste (optional for more texture)
Toppings (choose the ones you like best):

Banana slices

Strawberries or red berries

Cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips

Chia or flax seeds

Sugar-free granola

A splash of natural honey (optional)
Preparation:

Blend the banana, BIYS, plant-based milk, and nut butter until you get a thick, creamy mixture.
