Protein Chocolate Banana Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen ripe banana

  • 1 scoop of BIYS chocolate flavor

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable milk (almond, oat or coconut)

  • 1 tsp peanut or almond butter

  • Ice to taste (optional for more texture)

Toppings (choose the ones you like best):

  • Banana slices

  • Strawberries or red berries

  • Cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips

  • Chia or flax seeds

  • Sugar-free granola

  • A splash of natural honey (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Blend the banana, BIYS, plant-based milk, and nut butter until you get a thick, creamy mixture.

  2. Serve in a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings on top.

  4. Enjoy it cold and with a spoon!
